This blog is the work of Donato & Christina Diorio.   Donato is a software executive and Christina is a Child Psychologist.  We live in Wisconsin with our 3 children.

BPAblog.com meant to be an information source about the health risks of Bisphenol-A (BPA) that is found in common household containers that we all drink and eat from.

Christy and I were quite outraged when we learned that we could all be inadvertently poisoning our children (and ourselves) with BPA.  While the jury is still out on the full effect of Bisphenol-A on children, we feel that there is enough information now to take action and at least educate the public as to the risks.  As a parent, it is our right to at least be informed.   Both Christy and I are well read, active parents, very interested in healthy living and providing a safe environment for our 3 children.  We never heard about this risk until recently.  That scared us.  How many other parents out there would want to know about this?

Our goal with this blog is to be a source of information and create dialog.  What we each do with the information is up to us.
